I am the newly appointed Registered Manager at the Telford Branch. I am truly excited to be part of this esteemed organisation and contribute to its mission of providing exceptional care and support to all our clients.

As the Registered manager, my responsibility is to oversee all aspects of care work and ensure the well-being of our clients and care workers. I strongly believe in adopting the best approach when it comes to serving both new and old clients, and I am dedicated to promoting best practices in line with the standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

My vision

Create a warm and compassionate environment where clients feel valued, respected, and supported. I understand the importance of building strong relationships with our clients, and I am committed to delivering person-centred care that is tailored to their individual needs and preferences. By actively listening to their concerns, engaging with empathy, and involving them in the care planning process, I aim to ensure that their voices are heard, and their choices are respected.

Furthermore, I recognise the critical role that our care workers play in delivering exceptional care. I am dedicated to their professional growth and development, and I will provide them with the necessary training and resources to enhance their skills and knowledge. Together, we will work as a cohesive team, motivated by a shared commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Compliance with CQC standards is of utmost importance to me. I will ensure that all our practices, policies, and procedures are regularly reviewed, updated, and aligned with the latest guidelines. By conducting internal audits and implementing necessary improvements, we will maintain the highest standards of care and safety for our clients.

I am passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our organisation. I believe that collaboration, open communication, and feedback are essential in driving positive change. I encourage both our clients and care workers to share their experiences, ideas, and concerns so that we can constantly evolve and enhance the services we provide.

Safeguarding the well-being and safety of our clients is a top priority. I will implement robust safeguarding procedures, train our care workers to recognise and report any concerns promptly and establish effective risk management strategies. It is my commitment to create a secure and nurturing environment where our clients can thrive.

I am truly honoured to work with Valland Care and Support as the registered Manager and I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you, building strong relationships, and working together to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.
