Valland Care and Support have been providing services for us for many months, and we are grateful for its high standards in all respects. This has included not only the introduction of a kind and

competent carers (in particular, the lovely Petya, who has been with us since 2021), but also the reassurance of an excellent office backup, there for us 24/7, and whose the equally lovely staff has never failed to provide the support required.

The carers have shown nothing but kindness and consideration, even when things are difficult.

A very important part of Sheila’s life is her dog ‘Billy’ and the carers, and particularly Petya, have shown nothing but kindness and consideration, even when things are difficult; sometimes Billy can be a little naughty – lovely, but naughty!

Whatever the task in Sheila’s a busy life, which is sometimes challenged by her Macular Degeneration and Arthritis, it is tackled with tireless enthusiasm and skill.

I wanted to contact you to give you a follow-up on how I am coping after my enablement care has finished.

I wanted to thank you and the Valland Care and Support team for all the practical help I had after surgery.

This targeted help with personal care was vital to my recovery.

I wanted to try coping independently for a month to assess myself, and I am happy to tell you the outcome was very successful.

I am now coping with all the tasks I managed prior to surgery…

it may take a little more planning and a bit more time, but I will allow myself a bit of leeway. All that remains is to thank you, Valland Care and Support team Adrian and Petya.
